– **2 cloves garlic**, minced
– **1 tsp ginger**, grated
– **2 cups cabbage**, finely shredded
– **1 large carrot**, julienned or grated
– **2 green onions**, thinly sliced
– **½ cup bean sprouts** (optional)
– **Salt & pepper**, to taste
– **1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water** (for thickening, if needed)

### **Wrapping & Frying:**
– **12-15 egg roll wrappers**
– **1 egg**, beaten (for sealing)
– **Oil for frying** (vegetable, peanut, or canola)
