📝 Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 lb ham, thinly sliced

1/4 lb salami, thinly sliced

1/4 lb pepperoni, thinly sliced

1/4 lb provolone cheese or mozzarella

1/4 lb Swiss cheese

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced

1/4 cup banana peppers or pepperoncini, chopped (optional for extra tang)

3 eggs, divided (2 for filling, 1 for egg wash)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Create the Base Layer
Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing the seams to form an even crust.

3. Layer the Filling
In a medium bowl, beat 2 eggs and stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and a little black pepper.

Layer the deli meats and cheeses evenly on top of the dough, alternating meats and cheeses. Add roasted red peppers and banana peppers if using. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers to bind everything together.

4. Top It Off
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the filling, pressing edges to seal. Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the top for a shiny, golden finish.

5. Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and puffed. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares. Can be served warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
