Ingredients
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar + 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Create the Base Layer
Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch the seams together to seal.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the bottom crescent layer.
Add the Top Layer
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and carefully lay it over the cheesecake filling. Try to seal the edges and seams as much as possible.
Butter and Sprinkle
Pour the melted butter evenly over the top layer. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle generously over the buttered dough.
Bake to Perfection
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly crisp. Let cool for at least 10–15 minutes before slicing.
