Ingredients
1 lb ground beef

4 tablespoons butter (divided)

1 small onion, finely chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)

2 1/4 cups beef broth (or water + bouillon)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or a splash of soy sauce

Instructions
Brown the Beef
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add Onion & Garlic
Stir in chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toast the Rice
Stir in the uncooked rice and cook for 2 minutes, letting it absorb the flavors.

Add Liquid & Simmer
Pour in beef broth, add paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Finish with Garlic Butter
Once cooked, stir in the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Adjust seasoning to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions.

Serve Hot
Dish it out straight from the skillet and enjoy! Optional toppings like Parmesan or chili flakes take it to the next level.
