I’m Not Sure What This Is — 90% of People Don’t Know Either…
Sometimes, a photo or recipe pops up that stops everyone in their tracks — and not because it’s gorgeous or gourmet. No, this one’s different. This one has the entire internet scratching its head.
I found this recipe (or, more accurately, this mysterious creation) buried deep in an old cookbook/forum/post — and despite dozens of food sleuths, home cooks, and recipe detectives trying to crack it, no one can agree on exactly what it is.
It looks familiar… but also totally unfamiliar. It could be dessert. It could be a snack. It might even be a vintage dish lost to time. And no, reverse image search didn’t help.
