Banana Chocolate Chip Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

CAKE

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 10 inch round cake pan with nonstick spray and dust with flour.

Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.

Mix sugar, oil, brown sugar, mashed bananas, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.

Slowly add dry ingredients into wet mixture just enough to blend. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 mins. Let cake sit in pan for 10 mins then remove from pan and allow to further cool on wire rack while preparing frosting.

FROSTING

Beat sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt until light and fluffy. Then add cream and beat on high until smooth.

Frost cake and top with more chocolate chips.
