🕒 Simple to assemble with easy ingredients

Ingredients
Crust
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup sugar

6 tablespoons melted butter

Cheesecake Filling
24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

Strawberry Crunch Topping
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

¼ cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans, toasted

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla and sour cream until fully combined.

3. Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is just set (it should still jiggle slightly). Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

4. Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Topping
In a small bowl, toss sliced strawberries with brown sugar. Toast nuts in a dry skillet until golden and fragrant. Let cool.
