Ingredients
For the Chicken Pillows:

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

1–2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing tops)

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of nutmeg or garlic powder for extra depth

Instructions
1. Make the Chicken Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, green onions (if using), and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2. Assemble the Pillows
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate into rectangles (press seams together if needed). Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal, forming little “pillows.” Place seam-side down on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter.
