Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

For the Avocado Salsa:
2 ripe avocados, diced

1 small tomato, seeded and chopped

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl or resealable bag, combine the olive oil, lime zest and juice, garlic, and spices. Add the chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

2. Make the Avocado Salsa
In a medium bowl, gently mix the diced avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, olive oil, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
