What Makes It Special?
The secret ingredient here is sweetened condensed milk, which adds richness, moisture, and a subtle sweetness that makes every slice feel like a treat. Combined with warm milk, butter, and a touch of yeast, the result is a soft, tender loaf with a golden top and irresistible aroma.

Ingredients
2½ cups (320g) all-purpose flour

2 tsp instant yeast

¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

¾ cup warm milk (110°F/43°C)

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar (optional, for a little extra sweetness)

Extra condensed milk or melted butter for brushing (optional)

Instructions
Activate the yeast:
In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Make the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar (if using), softened butter, and condensed milk. Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth and elastic—about 8–10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes with a dough hook.

Let it rise:
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape the bread:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 3–4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball or log, and place them side by side in a greased loaf pan or round pan.

Second rise:
Cover again and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.

Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
