🛒 Ingredients:
1 head of romaine or butter lettuce, washed and chopped
3–4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced or chopped
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced (optional for extra crunch)
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
A sprinkle of fresh herbs like dill or parsley (optional)
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
For the Dressing (choose your favorite):
Creamy dressing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Splash of olive oil or water to thin, if needed
Vinaigrette option:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey or mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper
