Ingredients You’ll Need
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin

1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese

2–3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

6 strips cooked bacon, chopped (optional but highly recommended)

Toothpicks or kitchen twine to secure the rolls

How to Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapeños, bacon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pound the chicken breasts to about ¼-inch thickness between two sheets of plastic wrap.

Spoon the cheese mixture onto each chicken breast, then roll them up tightly. Secure with toothpicks.

Place the chicken rolls seam-side down in the baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with more smoked paprika or cheese if desired.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling.

Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden, crispy top.
