Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps Recipe

*Instructions:*

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crisps are golden and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
