Chocolate Delight!!!

Chocolate Delight!!!
The Dreamy, Creamy, Crowd-Pleasing Dessert You’ll Make Again and Again

Some desserts are rich. Some are creamy. Some are nostalgic. Chocolate Delight is all three — and that’s what makes it a classic that never goes out of style.

Layered with smooth pudding, sweetened cream cheese, whipped topping, and a buttery pecan crust, this no-fuss dessert delivers a little slice of heaven with every bite. Whether it’s for a holiday dinner, potluck, or just a treat-yourself kind of night, Chocolate Delight always lives up to its name — and then some.

Why It’s Called “Delight”
Because it’s impossible to take one bite without smiling. This dessert is:

✅ Cool and creamy

✅ Layered for texture and flavor

✅ No-bake (aside from the crust!)

✅ Perfect for making ahead

✅ Loved by kids and adults alike

Ingredients
For the crust:

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional but delicious)

For the cream cheese layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the pudding layer:

2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

Topping:

1½–2 cups whipped topping

Optional: shaved chocolate, mini chips, or chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions
1. Make the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, melted butter, and pecans in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.

2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer
Beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread gently over the cooled crust.

3. Make the Pudding Layer
Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.

4. Top It Off
Spread a final layer of whipped topping over the pudding. Garnish with chocolate shavings, nuts, or mini chips if you like.
