Ingredients
For the Filling:
4 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
4 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
1 tablespoon chopped green onions or parsley
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or Cajun spice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice or zest for brightness
For the Bombs:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, like Pillsbury Grands or similar)
3 tablespoons melted butter
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan, for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, shredded cheese, herbs, seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended and creamy.
2. Stuff the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Scoop about a tablespoon of seafood filling into the center. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Garlic Butter Magic
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush generously over each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
4. Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
