Crack Cake !!!

🍰 Crack Cake: The Addictive Dessert You Didn’t Know You Needed
If you haven’t heard of Crack Cake, you’re in for a dangerously delicious treat. Don’t let the name scare you — it’s called “crack” because it’s just that addicting. One bite, and you’ll understand why people can’t stop making (and eating) this semi-homemade cake!

This easy, buttery, cinnamon-sugar bundt cake is made with boxed cake mix, a few simple ingredients, and topped off with a sweet wine glaze that soaks in like magic. It’s gooey, moist, and the kind of dessert that vanishes in minutes at potlucks, parties, or even just a quiet night at home.

🍷 What Makes Crack Cake So Special?
The secret is in the glaze — a warm, buttery, cinnamon wine sauce poured over the hot cake right out of the oven. It seeps in, making every bite melt-in-your-mouth delicious. And because it’s made in a bundt pan with a boxed cake mix, it’s super beginner-friendly. No fancy baking skills needed here!

📝 Crack Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

½ cup water

½ cup oil

½ cup white wine (like chardonnay or pinot grigio)

4 eggs

For the glaze:

1 stick (½ cup) butter

1 cup sugar

ÂĽ cup white wine

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

🥄 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan generously.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding, sugars, and cinnamon.

Add in the water, oil, wine, and eggs. Beat well until smooth and creamy.

Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, make the glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sugar, and wine until smooth (don’t boil). Stir in vanilla if using.

Once the cake is done, leave it in the pan. While it’s still hot, slowly pour the glaze over the cake, letting it soak in.
