Garlic Bread Steak Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for added flavor)

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

For the Garlic Bread:

1 French baguette or Italian loaf, sliced into thick rounds

4 tbsp softened butter

2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Pinch of salt

Optional: grated Parmesan or mozzarella for topping

Instructions:

1. Make the garlic bread:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Spread generously over each bread slice. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and toasty. Optional: top with cheese and broil for the last minute.

2. Cook the steak bites:
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches (avoid overcrowding the pan) for about 2 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan.
