Ingredients
2 cans crescent roll dough or refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 lb sliced salami
1/4 lb sliced ham
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
1/4 lb sliced provolone cheese
1/4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers (optional)
2 tablespoons Italian dressing or olive oil
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten (for brushing the top)
Optional: shredded lettuce, tomato, or red onion for serving on the side
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Layer the Bottom Crust
Unroll one can of dough and press it into the bottom of the dish. Make sure it covers the entire base and slightly up the sides.
3. Add the Layers
Layer the meats and cheeses evenly: start with ham, then salami, pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella. Add sliced peppers if using. Drizzle with Italian dressing or olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
4. Add the Top Crust
Unroll the second can of dough and place it over the top, sealing the edges. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
